Wedding Packages
Single day package – $6,950.00
Maximum 150 guests for ceremony and reception with onsite parking. Rental includes facilities of lodge public spaces, bridal loft for bridal party preparation, one cabin for groomsmen to prepare, reception area with two port-a-potties and washing station, deck, bathhouse and ceremony site, with bus transportation between ceremony site and lodge. Reception includes use of any available décor in our décor supply room, flatbed truck for DJ or band, bar trailer, game corral, and firepit (following state fire restrictions).
Venue availability 9am-11pm. Music ends at 10pm.
Note: No electricity in reception or ceremony areas. DJ/band will need to bring generator.
Single Day with Night of Wedding stay – $10,750.00

Reception includes use of any available décor in our décor supply room, flatbed truck for DJ or band, bar trailer, game corral, and firepit (following state fire restrictions).
Includes:
- 1 overnight stay for up to 37 people in our 10 cozy cabins & 2 glamping tents. Check out at noon.
- RV and tent camping available in open pasture, no hookups. Must be self-contained.
- Breakfast for overnight guests
- Ability to clean-up and tear-down the morning after the wedding.

Wall mounted propane heaters in all cabins for cold nights. Two combined cabins have a jack/jill bathroom. Remaining cabins use bathhouse with restrooms and showers and nearby port-a-potties. Electricity supplied in lodge and bathhouse.
NOTE: Most couples allow their overnight guests to reimburse them for their lodging/meals, (at a cost you predetermine), which can cover a nice portion of the overnight package!

- Day of Coordinator services. We will help your day run smoothly by keeping things moving according to your timeline.
- Rehearsal dinner for up to 37 people. Menu and schedule coordinated with the bride.
- Ability to do a rehearsal ceremony walk-through the evening before the wedding, and to begin set-up and decoration of the tables and chairs in the reception area.

Reception includes use of DJ flatbed truck, bar trailer, game corral, and firepit (following state fire restrictions). Music ends at 10pm. Reception set up may start Friday and tear down may start Sunday morning.
Includes overnight accommodation (2 nights) for up to 37 people in our 10 cozy cabins & 2 glamping tents, the rehearsal dinner, lunch, two breakfasts, and day of wedding coordination. Dry RV camping and Tent camping available in open pasture.

All packages include complementary use of our rustic benches at two ceremony sites, chairs & tables for 150 guests, arches, Bluetooth speakers with two wireless microphones, and any other available decorations in our décor room! We can accommodate larger or smaller events as well.
Optional Services:
Set-up & Clean-up Services: $600.00
- Tables and Chairs will be set up in the reception area ready for decorations.
- After the reception, you may gather your items and depart. We will take care of the rest. No one wants to clean up after their wedding night or worry about getting it done early the next morning.
Day Prior Reservation: $800.00
- 3pm-7pm the day before your event if available.
- Give yourself ample time for planning and decorating.
- Perform a rehearsal walk-through with your wedding party.
